Estimates are always free, so please contact us to find out how much a particular service will cost you. Our pricing model is completely transparent and breaks into three main categories: regular service, data recovery, and contract work.
Most work we provide falls into the first category and is done by one technician. This applies to every service we list on our services page except data recovery. Data recovery, being a unique service which is difficult to gauge in terms of work hours follows its own rate schedule. Sometimes projects encompass a greater scope than usual in terms of complexity, involve multiple technicians, or are affected by narrow time constraints. These projects are than treated and priced as contract work.
It is difficult to cut clear lines as to what will be treated as regular service, and what work should be contract-based. We will negotiate for the best solution with the client, taking into account factors such as project complexity, time constraints and other requirements.
Payment options and deadlines will also be discussed on a per case basis. We usually require the cost of hardware and software to be paid upon installation. Small projects must also be paid for in terms of products and man hours upon completion.
Rates are subject to change within reasonable limits. Rate changes will not affect currently planned or ongoing projects.

Every recovery package, except minimum charge, includes the full cost of FedEX shipping in both directions. This means that we will pay for return shipping and reimburse your original shipping charge. The minimum charge package requires you to also pay a $19.00 return shipping charge. If you request the original drive be uninstalled by our technician, it will cost the same as any regular service.
