Hard drives or media can become inaccessible due to viruses, operating system corruption or a number of other causes. That does not necessarily mean that all data is gone. Using state of the art technology and complex mathematical functions we can reconstruct your lost data. We can even recover files that you have accidentally deleted and emptied the recycling bin. Using the same principles, data can be recovered from CD and DVD disks.
 If we are able to repair your original drive, we will write the recovered data back to it, or alternatively we can provide it to you on another drive or a DVD or CD set. The original and recovered media will be well packaged and sent back to you via FedEX.
You have the option of either sending us the drive or media that you want recovered to our mailing address, or a technician can uninstall and pick up the drive for an additional charge.
If you choose to ship the drives yourself, we urge you to package them well to protect against moisture, electrostatic shock, and vibration during shipment. Please use anti-static bags, bubble wrap and/or foam, and a sealed plastic bag aside from the actual shipping box.
